Subscribing to a List
Send a blank email to the list subscription address, which will be in the form LISTNAME-join@DOMAIN. The subject and body of the message will be ignored.
For example, if you want to join the list eprints-dev@eprints.org then you should send a blank email message to eprints-dev-join@eprints.org.
