The concept of an admin user does exist, they are defined in
preferences.php (look for adminUsers if memory serves me right).<br>

However, admin users don't have "approval" powers over normal users,
no.<br>
<br>
If you want to stop some users sending drop-offs, then the easiest
way to do that is by preventing them logging in to ZendTo in the
first place. If you are using AD or LDAP auth back-ends, then there
are settings in preferences.php so they have to be members of a
particular group, as well as having a valid account. If they aren't
in the group, they can't login to ZendTo, so can only pick-up
drop-offs from others or send drop-offs to people *inside* your
organisation. Just like anyone outside your organisation who cannot
login.<br>
