<DIV>I have a new user account that has an underscore as part of the name that cannot login.</DIV>
<DIV>I've verified the username and password , but zendto say that it is an Authentication error and to check the username and password.</DIV>

<DIV>I'm using authenticator => LDAP</DIV>
<DIV>The BaseDN is at the top of the LDAP tree and users in lower contexts are able to login.</DIV>

<DIV>The username and password are correct.</DIV>
<DIV>Other users can login to the system.</DIV>
