<p class="MsoNormal">When an external user uses the “Drop-Off” feature or an internal user uses the Request a Drop-Off” feature, external clients receive the following error after uploading their clicking to submit their file(s):</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">“Upload Error - You must be logged in as a <organization employee> in order to drop-off a file for an external client. Return to the ZendTo main menu to log in and then try again.”</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Can someone tell me how to fix this? I’m not sure what I’ve missed in the preferences.php or zendto.conf files to cause this.</p>
