<p>I want to allow users for edit they exist dropoffs. <br>
At first only re-upload (replace) files (replace) and do not change claimID/claimCode.</p>
<p>Can you please say in what place I need to dig?</p>
<p>May be there is function uploadfile(claimid, file) ?</p>
