instead of localhost/zendto/www or whatever it should be.</li>

That's correct. The DocumentRoot of the website should be the
..../zendto/www directory.<br>

Check your Timezone to start with. Does the unix "date" command
return the correct thing on your server?<br>

It doesn't think you're authenticated correctly. Very often a
timezone problem.<br>
