Just checked the code for this. It will use the "displayName"
attribute if it can, which should do what you want. Remember that
most people who do a pick-up are not logged in at all, so there is
no way of finding any details about them at all.<br>

would it be possible, perhaps as an RFE, to be able to replace
in emails where it shows a users login ID with their actual
name. Looking in NSSDropOff I see $whoWasIt created which holds
the employee who picked it up. I presume when LDAP is queried
the giveName and sn would need to be stored in the auth table
as-well ? Thinking of this from a security perspective of not
giving out employees user IDs.<span><br>
