That's because you haven't got the new user interface yet,
which makes use of this feature.

Don't worry, when the new user interface is ready, I'll ship it. It
is taking a lot of work, but looks hugely better, more professional
and more modern. You'll like it!<br>

Until then, this is a tiny feature that is currently "reserved for
