<DIV>2) The Address book table has an attribute for the user with a 'lastSeen' flag that contains the last date/time the addressbook owner logged in.</DIV>
<DIV>3) Every time the owner logs in to Zendto, the lastSeen flag gets updated with the current date thus resetting the expiry date for the addressbook.</DIV>
<DIV>4) The preferences file has a DaysToRetainAddrBook variable that controls how long in Days that the address book is "retained" and cleaned up in the case of occasional users and users who may have left the company (makes the Address Book self maintaining).<BR></DIV>
<DIV>If there is no desire to add this feature for "everyone" then consider a "power users group" that could have the feature. The power users could be listed a) in a flat file, b) in the preferences file, c) in a Admin managed Mysql table where they could be manually deleted, or d) enabled if a specific LDAP attribute is found during authentication ( This could work like authLDAPFullName where the installer gets to decide the LDAP attribute name for the power user).</DIV>
