[Turing-Southampton] PLEAD webinars, 15th and 22nd June

In response to the growing demand for transparency and accountability around automated decision-making, King's College London, Southampton University and partners Experian, Southampton Connect and Roke have been working on a project called PLEAD.

Individuals have the right to challenge automated decisions made about them, and to understand if they were made fairly. What was the provenance of the decision? Where did the data come from and how was it used to make the decision? Was the decision fully automated without any human involvement?

We would like to invite you to a webinar to be held on 15th June at 10:00 and 22nd June at 15:00. Please join the PLEAD team to discuss the project and how a digital tool we have developed, called the Explanation Assistant,  can make it easier to explain complex automated decisions to customers.
