In this talk, Daniel will explore the future of work in the Age of Covid-19. Drawing on his best-selling books, The Future of the Professions (OUP, 2015), and A World Without Work (Allen Lane, 2020), he will explore the relationship between the Covid-19 crisis and the challenge of automation, set out the five stages that individuals and companies are likely to go through in recovering from this crisis, and provide advice on how to think about the months ahead.
