Dear all

Circulated on behalf of the Alan Turing Institute - note the deadline of Monday 28 October

The Data Science and AI at Scale Programme at the Alan Turing Institute will be hosting a scoping workshop on Wednesday, 13 November, to convene a representative sample of the UK's top researchers with expertise in computational scalability across applications, algorithms, systems and hardware, and to scope out priorities for future research. Based on the outcomes of the workshop, the Programme will be looking to establish routes to funding for the initiatives developed through the workshop.

Interested researchers should contact Programme Director Anthony Lee<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Falee%40turing.ac.uk&data=01%7C01%7C%7Ca890862e6dd444dcbaa608d757cd3607%7C4a5378f929f44d3ebe89669d03ada9d8%7C0&sdata=NOkbTMlM%2FPJeuXXi6ktM5RlHfCrss2MklOe4ieTjNl0%3D&reserved=0>, copying in Programme Manager Anastasia Shteyn<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fashteyn%40turing.ac.uk&data=01%7C01%7C%7Ca890862e6dd444dcbaa608d757cd3607%7C4a5378f929f44d3ebe89669d03ada9d8%7C0&sdata=vvMn48IvNrlIpTQlY4r8JNurQsDGZhiSNE8%2BB1UTPjU%3D&reserved=0>, with a short summary of their relevant research interests and projects by end of day on Monday, 28 October. Please note that due to the targeted nature of the workshop we may not be able to accommodate all interested researchers.

Many thanks,

Anastasia

Data Science and AI at Scale Programme: The main goal of the programme is to computationally scale data science and AI applications on modern systems and architectures. This involves interdisciplinary research spanning challenging applications, algorithms, software and systems, hardware and architectures.
