Project title: Prediction of Stress Leave of Ambulance Staff in Emergency Response Services

Brief project description:

The project aim is to develop a software tool to conduct random forest and hazard analysis in QlikView.  A model has been developed and tested in Python. QlikView is the software tool adopted by the South and Central Ambulance Services (SCAS). We are looking to implement the Python model in QlikView and to develop innovative graphical displays to inform the risk levels for different members of staff. The researcher will engage with SCAS in order to identify additional requirements set by this organisation.

Remuneration and project duration

The hourly pay will be between £15.07per hour to £16.95 per hour. The project effort is 455hrs spread over 6 months. The project is expected to start in January and to end in July 2020.
