[Turing-Southampton] REMINDER: Turing Call for Events and Engagement Funding | Deadline 25 September 2018

The Turing Events and Engagement team invites applications for events organisation and funding.

The deadline for this round of applications is Tuesday 25 September 2018 [apologies for the short notice, but I have only just been sent this information].  Please send your completed application form to events at turing.ac.uk<mailto:events at turing.ac.uk>.  I should be grateful if you would let me know if you have submitted an application.

There will be further Calls in November, February and April this academic year.  Larger events or activities may need a 3-6 month lead time, but generally at least 1-2 months is required.  Please bear this in mind when considering when to submit your application.  Planning as far in advance as possible is suggested to increase the ability to plan an effective and valuable event, as well as securing preferred dates.

The Events and Engagement Team works with the Turing community to plan, build and deliver events, sponsorships and public engagement to generate impact aligned to the Institute's aims and challenges. The Events and Engagement steering group reviews applications four times a year and provides advice and guidance. If you have any queries or questions about the application process, please email the Events team.
