<p class="MsoNormal">With the fast approaching start of the academic year, we are thinking arranging regular (weekly) remote meetings at the same time as we would previously have had a physical meeting (18:00 until ~20:00), because we are not intending to arrange
any in-person meetings. The idea is to provide an informal channel to keep in touch with one another, and allow new members to ask questions and get involved in any projects.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please could you respond letting us know if you would be intending to attend regularly, or if you have any other comments; if we don’t expect a reasonable level of attendance, then we will drop the idea. The plan is to use Teams, which
will be familiar to undergraduate students. We will provide weekly ‘meeting links’ so that members who are no longer part of the university can attend.<o:p></o:p></p>
