<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">The plan to is to hold an EGM this evening as described in the notification email sent last Thursday.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">We are currently without a President or Secretary, or equipment and facilities secretary so we need to elect these positions.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">Additionally, we need to discuss a way forward regarding the issue of staff on the committee. We currently have a few positions held by staff and we have been informed that staff are not meant to be on the committee.
We will discuss how to move forward on this.</p>
