<p>Also, this is reminder that the AGM has been scheduled to take place next week - 04/05/17. The SUWS constitution requires at least 7 days notice of an AGM . If you are unable to attend, and wish to nominate yourself for a committee position, send me an email
and I'll add you, otherwise you can nominate yourself on the night of the AGM. Nominations via email should be sent to me <b></b>
<b>before the start of the meeting next week.</b><br>

<p><span>Please come along even if you do not wish to stand for the committee - although
</span>the society actively encourages members to nominate themselves for committee positions. Candidates will be required to give a short speech on why they're interested/suited for the position they are standing for, then a vote will take place<span>. Also
you will be eligible to vote in the AGM if you're a student member.</span><font size="2"><span style="font-size:10pt;"></span></font><br>
