[suws-members] Intro Outing - Going ahead tomorrow @ 1PM...

Hi Everyone,

Thankfully the weather seems to have brightened up enough that we are going to go ahead with the Introductory outing tomorrow!
Some slight changes to the times from the previous email.
We will look to start a 1PM.
Please meet us on the grass between the staff social centre (building 38) and the Nuffield theatre (building 6). We will then setup our portable station. We plan to use our HF radio, wire antenna and mast.

We hope to get a few hours of radio time but this will depend on a number of factors such as how many people turn up (you will get a few goes using the radio), how good the band(radio) conditions are, weather, etc.
We would appreciate some hands to help pack the kit away.
