Just an email to let you know that our AGM is occurring today at 18:00 on teams.
Please note this link provided below is different from the other meetings.

At the AGM we will be looking to elect a new committee to run the society next year, as well as a what I can say will be a very brief "year in review" and review of the accounts/finances.

Regarding elections, Positions that we must fill to comply with SUSU regulations are President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Our constitution also requires an Exams Secretary and Radio Licencing Officer. Several other positions that contribute to the general management of the society are available.



To nominate yourself, just send me a message, by email or via Teams. Alternatively, you can nominate yourself during the AGM meeting.



If you are unsure about any of the positions, please do not hesitate to ask one of the current committee members.
