[suws-members] Ofcom, proposes EMF limits as part of licensing conditions

Hi All, 

This has serious implications, in the proposed form it'll require that
for every re-configuration of your equipment / antennas you must keep
records of the tests you have done to prove that you are compliant with
ICNIRP EMF guidelines. Amateurs are explicitly included.
