Dear All,


Please take this as formal notice that the Southampton University Wireless Society AGM will take place Thursday 7th May 2020 starting at 18:15.


The AGM will take place via Skype. Instructions to join the Meeting will be provided nearer the time. The AGM is open to all members, however, only full student members are eligible to vote. Eligibility is determined by the SUSU Groups members list.


At the meeting, we will have reports from the current committee and we will discuss the financial situation. We will also elect next year's committee. There will also be an opportunity to discuss any other business raised by members.


I am now formally tendering for nominations for the committee. Nominations will remain open up until the voting.

Nominees will have the opportunity, without obligation, to give a speech before we vote.
