We are going to have another day of preparations this Saturday (the 7th of March) at 12:00 in the Mountbatton Common Room on Level 3.

A rough list of tasks is below.

 [ ] Test PiSSTV
 [ ] PiSSTV Explanation Poster/Sheet
 [ ] Make AM Demo Sheets
 [ ] Sort out AM Demo audio input stage
 [ ] Sort out AM Demo Sum stage
 [ ] PAT Testing
 [ ] Charge Battery
 [ ] Acquire Surge Protected 4-way
 [ ] Look through operating paperwork
 [ ] Print and Laminate new Documents

All welcome. If anyone has a laminator, that could be very useful to have on hand. Equally, if anyone has graphics skills, we hoping to produce some new explanatory sheets for various demos.

Subject: Family Day Preparation Workshop

Good day,

We are going to have a workshop over the weekend to design and test some ideas we can use on the Family Day on the 14th of March. This will be on Sunday the 1st of March at 12:00 in the B32 Level 4 coffee room. We won't set a fixed end time, but we don't anticipate it will be more than a couple of hours (unless we are having fun and people have time).
