Hello Everyone,

I hope you are doing well.

We are hoping to hold our AGM sometime in the next three weeks.
Due to the current situation, the plan is to hold the AGM via Skype chat. I believe this should be accessible to most people. Please let me know if this might cause an issue.

As we will be holding the AGM online, there isn't much reason to restrict the AGM to be held on a Thursday, as would be the case normally, therefore, the proposed time-frame for the AGM is the 7th May to 15th May. I would like to get an idea of when people are able to attend. Please choose the dates which you are willing to take part.

With this, I would like to take the opportunity to encourage people to consider running for positions on the committee. The Officer positions that we need to fill to fulfil our constitutional requirements are President, Treasurer, Secretary, Radio Licencing Officer.
