Hi all,

As it is mid-exam season, the plan for this evening is to have a
brainstorming session on how to increase engagement and actually
undertake more activities next year.  We will endeavour to minute as
much of the discussion as possible for those who cannot attend.

I think those of us who have been around for a while, although are not
trying to usurp what the society does, may be preventing it from moving
forward and attracting new student members.  I think therefore it would
be useful for the newer members to have an opportunity to put forward
some fresh ideas.

I admit it is a somewhat ironic that we are doing this whilst some
undergraduate members may not be able to attend due to exams.  However,
as we have limited time before the Summer break, we thought we needed
to at least start the discussion as soon as possible.  I think it is
likely we will try to at least set aside some time in the next few
weekly meet-ups to discuss this topic further.
