[suws-members] Harwell, GSM

Is anybody else going to the Harwell rally tomorrow? I'll be bringing the Land Rover (back to, but not from Southampton), so we can bring back largish swag if anybody needs it.

And our GSM license has arrived. When we're active, we're on 1806.0MHz with up to -15dBW into a 2dB antenna  at 5m above SU424154. Josh already has a Raspberry Pi and LimeSDR set up and testing. We're licensed for "Exploration of radio protocols."
