Good day all,

We are planning to have an outing on the Saturday the 4th of May, which will be a good opportunity to try out our new gazebo!

In the meeting beforehand (Thursday the 2nd), we will determine what exactly we will be doing, depending on who will be around and how the weather forecast looks.

We'd expect to meet in the foyer of Zepler around 11:00 on the Saturday, whereafter we would collect all the kit, and then head off to the Common for a day of Radio operation. We'll likely be around until 18:00, but may pack down later or earlier depending on how we feel on the day.

Things to discuss on the Thursday:
 - which radios to take (if we can take more kit if we have cars)
 - what to eat while we are there (we've had a barbeque in recent years)
