[suws-members] Workshop this weekend: 22nd-23rd September

Hi all,

Tyler and I were discussing having a weekend workshop (22nd and 23rd
September) to sort out some of the final organisation for the Bunfight,
introductory meeting and the events calendar for this term.  Students
Robotics / Source Bots are having a similar event so we thought we
would join up with them. 

Provisionally, the plan is this will be in the Level 4 Mountbatten
Seminar room (53/4025) but that is subject to change.  As the workshop
will be both days, I know I will need Saturday morning to get other
stuff done, so I suggest meeting at 12:00 (noon).  I have put together
a very basic task list for now at:

If you want to discuss when you might be able to attend (we are happy
for people to just come along for a few hours when they are free, not
necessarily all the time both days), it is probably worth messaging me
(daveruss) on IRC.  If there are any changes on the times/places for
the workshop, I will send out another email to update people.
