[suws-members] Bunfight Volunteers

Dear All,

As current we only have two names for volunteers to man the bunfight stall on Wednesday 26th September 2018.
We need three people and ideally these people should not have to man the stall all day, although I am not completely opposed to having to do that.

If there is anyone who would like to assist with the bunfight for any amount of time, even if it is for set up and tear down, can you please indicate on the following doodle poll.

Once we know everyone’s availability we will figure out a rota of sorts.

For reference

Access to the building on Wednesday 26th September 2018 from 8.30am; - All stalls to be setup by 9.30am (without exception); - Early access for Enabling registered students from 9.30am until 10.15am; - Full Bunfight commences at 10.30am; - Bunfight scheduled to finish at 4.00pm, with no option for early close down; - Clearance of Bunfight tables and clean up until 5.00pm.
