[suws-members] Meeting EGM Tonight

Dear All,


The plan to is to hold an EGM this evening as described in the notification email sent last Thursday.


To summarise:

We are currently without a President or Secretary, or equipment and facilities secretary so we need to elect these positions.

Additionally, we need to discuss a way forward regarding the issue of staff on the committee. We currently have a few positions held by staff and we have been informed that staff are not meant to be on the committee. We will discuss how to move forward on this.


Date: 1st November 2018 (Today)

Time: 18:00 with EGM proceedings to start at 18:30.
