Hi all,

To add to what Andy said Tomorrow will also be our AGM.  This will not
start until 18:50 to give people plenty of time to arrive.  See the

We are also aware that tomorrow may be snowy.  The university has a
tendency to overreact when it sees snow on the ground.  Therefore, if
we cannot use our normal venue we will relocate off campus, although
this will be just for the AGM and we will dispense with the regular
meeting.  This relocation will be announce if/when we know it will be
necessary but will be within short walking distance of our usual
meeting location.

On the topic of the AGM, although nominations can be made at the AGM,
if you want to put your name forward beforehand by email that is OK.
 Particularly, if you do not think you will be able to make it to the
AGM itself.
