[suws-members] SUWS Meeting Thursday 21st September (32/4073) and future room bookings

Hi all,

As you may have noticed SprotBot's services have been terminated. I 
thank SprotBot for its service :) The main reason for this is that our 
usual meeting room (Zepler CLS, 59/1257) is being converted into a 
computing lab.  Therefore, our new meeting room will be (subject to 
final confirmation) 6/1083 (Nuffield small lecture room) from next week 
until week 35, which I believe is the end of Semester 2, towards the end 
of May 2018*.  However, this Thursday our meeting will be in 32/4073 
(Faculty Board room) on level 4 of building 32. Meeting times will 
remain the same (6-8pm) but we may be more likely to decant to another 
room for workshop weeks, as our new meeting room has fixed seating.

For this Thursday (probably today as you read this), if you do not have 
access to B32 after 6pm then you should be able to call the room on 023 
8059 3281, failing that, if you have an mobile AR handset put a call out 
on//145.350 MHz or use the #g3kmi or #sown channel on irc.sown.org.uk to 
get hold of someone already in B32.
