[suws-members] SUWS 2-day weekend workshop 23/24 September

Hi all,

As it was quite successful last year, Tyler and I thought it would be
good to organise another two day workshop this year to prep for
Freshers' week and intro meetings the weekend beforehand (23/24
September).  

Obviously, we would not expect people to attend the full two days but
we will conduct a Doodle poll nearer the time to see who can make want
times (late morning, early afternoon, late afternoon, early evening)
each day. However, we thought it best to make people aware of the plan
for running such a workshop well beforehand, so people can make plans
accordingly.
