[suws-members] Mini HF/VHF Outing - 18:00-20:00 on the grass outside SUSU

Hi all,

Our meeting this week will be on the grassy area between SUSU and the
Interchange for our start of term HF-with-a-bit-of-VHF outing. We will
not be in the Nuffield meeting room, so go straight to the grass where
the big marquees were last week. We'll get the FT920 set up on HF and
also try to pick up some 2m satellites and APRS from the ISS on the IC-7000.

If anyone's around from about half past 5, a few extra hands to get kit
there from Mountbatten, 32 and the cage would be appreciated. I'll be on
145.350 MHz, although reception won't be very good from 53.

Don't forget to bring warm clothing, as operating outside in the
evenings can get a bit chilly this time of year.
