[suws-members] Introductory meeting - Nuffield (6/1083) - 18:00-20:00 tonight

Hi all,

*** PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF MEETING LOCATION ***
As many of you may already be aware tonight's meeting will be an
introductory meeting for potential new members.  However, it is still
worth turning up, so you can join the conversation around the
introductory talks.  As per usual, we will be going to the Crown for
food after the meeting, arriving there at around 20:15.

For those of you who have been away over the Summer you may not be
aware the our previous meeting room is being re-purposed.  Therefore,
we have a new meeting room in the Nuffield building, 6/1083.  This is
one of the small lecture rooms to the left as you come in the doors
adjacent to the interchange.  We should be putting the SUWS pull up
banner outside, so hopefully it will not be too hard to find.

Next week we will be having an outing but only as far at the grass
outside SUSU, (where hopefully there will no longer be a massive
marquee).  We do not have the room booked in the Nuffield next week,
(although we do have it book every Thursday after that until the end of
May 2018), so if you want to attend the outing you should go straight
to the grass outside SUSU from 18:00.  I expect a number of us will
already be there setting up by then.
