Subject: [suws-members] HF Yagi cleaning/spare parts ordering session, 2pm Today outside Mountbatten/Zepler

Hi all,

Some of you may have seen that I asked if anyone was free for an HF Yagi
cleaning/spare parts ordering session. Generally the responses were
negative and therefore I did not think it worth sending an email, as I
knew I was the only one who could definitely show up. Anyway, Tyler has
now confirmed he is available so the details are as follows:

Time: 2pm Today (Saturday 10th June) until at least 5pm.

Location: The open area outside Zepler (B59) / Mountbatten (B53)

Plan: We will meet at 2pm but depending on how many people show up,
there may be a brief period between 2-2:30pm where we disappear to get
the HF Yagi parts. The first task will be taking apart the remaining
traps and inspecting them. Then we will work on cleaning them up. I do
not expect people will get too dirty doing this but it is worth bearing
in mind if you have plans for afterwards. After (or during if we have
enough people) we will work on finalising the list of new parts we need
to order (and maybe even ordering them).

If you show up later (say after 3pm) and we are not about, either check
#g3kmi ( http://irc.cmtechserv.co.uk/logs/irc.zepler.net/g3kmi/today )
or put a call out on 145.350 MHz, as we may have had to go elsewhere.

Regards

David Newman
