Hi Everyone

The start of term is approaching so I thought I would let you know what we have coming up over the next couple of weeks.

Workshop Thursday 22nd 18:00

This week in the usual slot we have a workshop as well as some exams. The main aim for this workshop is to get things ready for the weekend and freshers' week.

Workshop Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th (probably around 11:00ish to 17:00ish with the potential for something in the evening)

Over the weekend we will be having a two day workshop, we will be trying to sort out everything for the new term e.g. testing and reorganising the equipment. Don't worry if you can't make both days or can only make a part of a day, as there will be plenty you can get involved in even if only for a short while. Meeting in Mountbatten Coffee Room on L3 to then split off to the various storage locations once we've decided who's doing what.

SUSU Bunfight Wednesday 28th (8:30 to 18:00)

On Wednesday is the SUSU bunfight, if you are available to help out on the day let us know via email or at one of the workshops. Also feel free to come along and see us during the day.

FPSE Bunfight Thursday 29th

On Thursday is the FPSE bunfight. If you're free around midday (times to be confirmed later) and feel like helping out then let us know, it's a shorter and much smaller event than the SUSU bunfight so shouldn't take more than a couple of hours.

Introductory Meeting 29th 18:00

Next Thursday evening we will be having an introductory meeting for new members to find out what we get up to.
