Hi All.

Here are the final details for this weekend.

Transport arrangements.

Info for Drivers, site location and access instructions https://goo.gl/Oaj7qf.
Wait for radio conformation before entering site, use 145:350.
Aim to arrive at site at around 10:30 (leave southampton at 9:30).

Murray - Drive to site, pick up Henry, David and David.
Cori - Drive to site,
Phil Crump - Drive to site, pick up Tyler.
Noel - Drive to site.

Tyler - Pick up by Phil
David Young - Pick up by Murray
David Elcock - Pick up by Murray
Henry - Arrange with Murray for pickup

Tom - Rail to Station, call on arrival to arrange pickup
Christian - Be dropped off at site

If your not on the list above and would like to come along, let us know as we have more spaces in cars, or can pick people up from the station.

Club kit packing arrangements

Henry, Phill and Tyler to collect club kit on Friday evening.

Things to bring.

  *   Warm clothes
  *   Boots
  *   Towel
  *   Sleeping bag if staying overnight
  *   Foam mats or camp-bed
  *   Mug and Cutlery
  *   Suncream - if it fails to be wet
  *   Change of clothes if it is very very wet.
  *   Petrol contribution - if you have an appropriate container.
  *   Mosquito repellent
  *   Headphones + adapters
  *   Torches + batteries
  *   Laptop with SDV logging software and power supply
  *   Anything on your individual list
