Hi Everyone

Here are the details of EMF planning so far.

Transport

There is currently one car going up Friday Late afternoon but we have more people wanting lifts than we have seats. There are two options to solve this, if someone else is available to drive then respond here, otherwise people can get the train up and leave heavier or bulkier things to be taken up by the car.

Accommodation

Unless people say otherwise we will assume people will have their own tents. For those who don't some people will be bringing larger tents that can fit extra people, if you have spaces to share or would like to find a space in a tent then either respond to this email or post in the facebook chat and arrange sharing between yourselves.

Power

The current plan for power is to run power to the centre of the village and people can run power from that to individual tents.

Central SUWS village tent

If anyone has a tent or gazebo that would work for a central village tent then let us know, ideally it will be one that people can stand up in.
We will probably also put a club radio in the tent that will sit on 145.350.

Food

While there are assorted catering outlets on site, there are thoughts on doing some food within the village.
Current thoughts are to do something in the morning and potentially in the evening as well. What are peoples thoughts on this?
