Hi All,

Happy new year.  

We will be having a meeting as per usual on Thursday (6-8pm Zepler CLS).
No talk for this meeting but there is quite a lot to be discussed both
Amateur Radio and SOWN since our last meeting over a month ago.

As exams are coming up there is a plan afoot to swap weeks three and
four around this month, so we have:

7th: Meeting
14th: Doing
21st: Doing
28th: Meeting

We will discuss this at the meeting Tomorrow but unless anyone has any
strong objections it seems like a sensible way to make sure people don't
miss anything important, if they cannot make a week because they are
revising for exams.

Also I will be collecting details and deposits for shirt and fleece
orders this week and next with the plan of ordering on the 15th.  If you
know you cannot make either Thursday and want to order a shirt (and pay
a deposit) then can you email me separately and we can figure out how
you can get the deposit to me some other way.  

Deposits are £10 for shirts and £15 for fleeces.  Overall costs are
roughly £17 for shirts and £25 for fleeces but assume they may be as
much as £20 and £30 respectively.
