Hi All,

Worth going along if you can, we've got some *real* bargains on kit
there before.

If people are interested then we can try to sort some transport nearer
the time.

Phil

Hi everyone, it's that time of year again when IVARC holds its annual
auction. This year it will be Friday 13th November at Otterbourne
Village Hall, doors open at 19:00.

This year will hopefully see some good stuff - a few months ago we had a
Junk Sale which was well attended and a lot of people cleared the low
value 'junk' items from their shacks, keeping the more interesting stuff
for the Auction.

Hopefully we will see you or some of your members in November (although
guests are welcomed at any meeting, or on our Friday night 2m club net
which runs on those Fridfays we don't meet)

We'll keep the website www.ivarc.org.uk [1] updated and if anyone has
any query then don't hesitate to contact myself or the IVARC secretary
or give us a call on the Friday net.

Should anyone have anything they would like to sell at the auction, then
it is more than welcome. Items can have reserves placed on them. We will
ask for 10% of the sale price for our club funds.

Even if you are not looking to acquire more 'stuff' for your shack why
not pop along anyway, we try to make the auction a fun evening and it is
a good opportunity to meet up with local amateurs.

Brian G0UKB
