Hi all,

Apologies, but as Darren suggests, let's instead have our AGM in the
summer term, as apparently we have done in the past. Again, I had
completely forgotten about the requirement to have the AGM in the spring
term until a few days ago, and so I assumed that would trump the
requirement for 7 days' notice. Apparently not.

Let's have our AGM on 23rd April, again as suggested by Darren. Any
objections?

In which case, this Thursday will be an ordinary meeting. See you there
or at the crown
