Hi all,

It's the Southampton beer festival this week! As is traditional, we will be visiting this instead of meeting at uni. It's at the guild hall near the civic centre.

There is usually beer, cider, soft drinks and food available. It's a free night but there is a deposit/payment for the commemorative glass, and obviously you need to pay for the tokens that then buy you drinks.

It officially starts at 18:30, but we usually arrive a little earlier to make sure we get a seat, so it might be best to be there around 18:15. There is a group walking from campus if you are interested, prod daveruss for details.
