Hi All,

We decided at Thursday meeting that we should organise a workshop for 
sometime in January or early February.  I have created a Doodle poll so 
we can agree on the date.  I am aware that some people have exams, so 
feel free to say you cannot make those weeks but I think the majority 
have none or only the odd exam, so those weeks might actually be more

The provisional plan is to have the workshop in the Building 32 Access 
Grid Room, where we have had workshops in the past.  However, this may 
change depending on what we plan to do.
