Tomorrow, we meet on the comfy chairs at the top floor of Mountbatten 
(building 53) at around 08:00 to prepare for a 10:30 start. If you are a bit 
late, you'll probably see us moving kit between there and Garden Court.

The event closes at 16:00; we should be all cleared up by 18:00.

Our stands are under the windows on the South (new student union) side of the 
building.

If you need to find me, call 22703 (free) from any University phone or 
02380592703 from your mobile and hang on until it rings through to my mobile 
and I answer. G3KMI members will probably also be using 2m radios on 
145.350MHz.

By far the most important thing is that we don't hurt or injure any of our 
visitors; they should leave having enjoyed themselves.
