A reminder of the SUWS AGM at 7pm this evening in CLS Room, Zepler. (B59/1257)

There'll be a G3KMI meeting at 6pm before the AGM with Slim-Jim antenna construction.

To all members of SUWS and SOWN,

Since it is that time again, SUWS is holding its AGM on Thursday 7th March, at 7pm. The location will be the same as our usual meetings: B59/1257.

In order to carry on our existence into the next year, we will need at least three committee members:

  *   President, currently Chris Orchard. They are the boss and are the general representative of the society regarding SUSU.
  *   Treasurer, currently...somebody SUSU won't tell me. They sort out the money and purchasing.
  *   Secretary, currently Chris Pittock. Supposed to be maintaining the G3KMI logs, organising events, risk assessments and responding to questions asked from those outside of the society.

If you wish to nominate yourself for either position, please do email me at cp7g09 at soton.ac.uk<mailto:cp7g09 at soton.ac.uk> with your desired position, 1-2 line manifesto, anything noteworthy.

Even if you are interested only in SOWN and not the amateur radio side of things, we would still appreciate your presence.
