[suws-g3kmi] SUWS Meetings for the next two weeks

Hi All,

I am not exactly sure of the plans for meetings/Thursday outings for the 
next couple of weeks especially as the weather forecast is keeping these 
in a state of flux.  I hear that this Thursday's outing for Amateur 
Radio may be put off as the weather forecast is not great.  I will leave 
Phil to confirm the current plans for this.

The reason I bring this up is that I have been asked by Reena, if she 
could swap rooms with us this Thursday, as she has a meeting with 
parents of local schoolkids / potential UG students, currently in a 
Nuffield lecture room.  The reason for the swap is she would like to 
show them the computing labs in Zepler but if it is raining it is a bit 
of a faff to move back and forth to the Nuffield.  For us I think it is 
easier just to have our meetings (Amateur Radio and SOWN) in building 
32.  So provisionally I have moved them to the Access Grid room on level 
3 of building 32.  I appreciate that not everyone has access to B32 out 
of hours, so if the north door is not open please call 023 8059 2972

to get someone to come down and let you in.

As some of you may already be aware we cannot use Zepler seminar room 1 
next week because of building work on seminar room 2 (and the blocking 
up of the interconnecting door).  I suggest we also have next week's 
meeting in the same room in building 32.

Phil:  If you could update the meeting agenda I have put up with you 
plans for Thursday, then we all know where we are.
