[suws-g3kmi] Mostly SOWN workshops

Hi All,

As we have very little to discuss either on the Amateur Radio or SOWN
front and a limited number of attendees, we decided to allocate the next
three weeks to workshops.  This is mainly intended for tackling SOWN
tasks but if there are things people want to do on an Amateur Radio
front then that is fine.

appropriate during the first workshop.
