Hi All,

I am planning on getting orders and £10 deposits for those who want SUWS
polo shirts, at the meeting this Thursday.  I assume most of you know
what these look like but if not, have a look at:

Usually the polo shirts cost about £15 each. However, the price varies
form year to year so it may be slightly more or slightly less.  

If you are not going to be around for this week's meeting, if you reply
to this email telling me the following:

1. Your name (that you want on the shirt)
2. Your nickname (if you want this on the back of the shirt)
3. Your callsign (if you have one)
4. Your size (small, medium, large, extra large.  Sizes come up fairly
big)
5. A time when you are on campus, so I can collect a deposit from you.

Don't worry if you are awaiting exams results to see if you can register
a new call sign.  I will not be putting in the order until these results
come through but I suggest any agonising on what callsign to choose is
kept to a minimum as you may miss the boat otherwise.
