Hi All,

It turns out that the South Bristol ARC are also planning to enter the 434MHz AFS Contest from Cranmore Tower. Us both operating would cause interference both ways and degrade their chances as well as ours, most likely causing some tension and leading to an awkward situation.

So we've decided to pull out of it this weekend, hopefully we'll get a chance to go there another weekend, as it does look like a great spot!

There'll be a later email about setting up on the Common or similar to play some radio instead. It means you can push your alarm clocks for Sunday back a couple of hours!
