[suws-g3kmi] SUWS/SOWN EGM: 2013-12-05 @ 1845 -- Zepler CLS (B59/1257)

Hi all,

In line with our society constitution, this is your 24 hour notice that we are holding an EGM tomorrow from 1845 until 1915, immediately after the SUWS meeting, and immediately preceding the SOWN meeting. This meeting will be held in the Zepler CLS (B59/1257).

There are three issues that will be discussed and voted upon:

Item 1) Amending the society constitution to reflect the updated SUSU structure.
Item 2) Amending the society constitution to create a formal procedure for the society accepting external sponsorship.
Item 3) Only to be discussed if Item 2 passes, or a formal process is deemed unnecessary. Discuss and vote on accepting external sponsorship from ConnectUs.

A formal agenda, including the full text of the possible amendments will be posted on the SUWS wiki before the start of the SUWS meeting.
